This is a simple yet cute looking card. The background is handmade paper. The flowers are punched and designed with glitter pen. Brown Rhine stones are attached to their center. I added a small stamping "BEST friend" with double sided foam tape. The quilled flowers resemble tiny roses - isn't it?
